Do you have some more detail on your hypertrophy workout? Its 20-30 sets total, but what kind of reps are you doing?

yeah, and Entourage should be an hour long too, but we still watch it.

i think they shouldn't cut so much out... or better yet, release a feature version and and "directors cut" w/ more scenes.
