+1 Thats the biggest thing for me.

Tips that work for the naturals. I'm not knocking the tips from pro's who use, but it seems their techniques and training methods don't exactly fit into the natural realm.

And it is a great series, awesome stuff Layne!

you friend must like work like an absolute animal in the gym. he does so much cardio i dont understand how he puts muscle on. and when he getting in season he must be on the tredmill all day.

he doesn't put on muscle. I like Nick, but he looks pretty much the same as he did 7 years ago. He is so afraid of putting on bodyfat that he focuses more on cardio than his training. I've tried so many times to convince him to cut back on his cardio and to eat more but he is too afraid to gain an ounce of bodyfat

maybe its cuz he likes the attention from the girls...you can see that at the end of the 3rd vid lol

I think it can be kind of a hard line to cross.

On the one hand, he looks good year round, gets attention from girls, AND managed a pro win.

However, if you don't gain size, when is your strength going to plateau too? When/where are there going to be improvements?

It makes for a good case, but since I don't look like him, nor am I pro, it's not one I have to worry about.

one things for sure he knws his maintenance diet. also he might have gotten to the point that without aas he can further himself.
