heckk...i just started protein...i dont even do creatine..lol....but if i keep working out all my wrestling coaches said im gonna be huge when i get to 16-17 years old

Getting off topic but I like where its going.........his theories are very relavent and if people want bodybuilding to become huge and well followed then every compettition needs to have testing on all contestants. Once the people can relate they will become much more interested and intrigued by the mere chance of someday having what they're seeing. Untill that happens, I don't see bodybuilding ever becoming bigger than it is right now. IMO of course.

99% of people are not even training hard&smart enough and bitching about not growing. I've seen many natural guys training crazy. u have to be crazier than other people if you want better results. i'm japanese, and i will prove natural and japanese can beat other white or blacks who are blessed with genetics.
