I have two servings of Quaker Instant Grits (200 Cals) (44g Carbs) (4g Protein) and then about 8 egg whites. They are really easy to make and they give me the carbs I need to get going in the morning or before my workout. When I'm cutting I cut dairy completely out of my diet except I use half water and half skim milk for my before bed shake so it helps slow the protein absorbsion down. That's my 2 cents.

Remember if you cut out the dairy to determine the impact this will have on your daily, weekly, and total contest prep. The little calories add up and make a huge difference.

this information is useless without knowing how much total carbs/protein/fat you are taking in daily and without current pics. My guess is that you are consuming too many calories but I'd need to see pictures
