I still remember when I was a kid and all I wanted to do was not get my ass whooped in my first teen contest. Never in a million years did I envision all these great blessings I've had. why would I recommend something other than what I designed? I designed it and brought the design to scivation because I believe it will work better than anything else on the market right now.

Congratulations Layne! Thanks for using science deeper into the article. The beginning was sounding like a Muscletech ad.

One aspect I don't think was covered in the piece was if any independent studies have been performed. If they have been what were the conditions/results?

the individual ingredients have had studies performed on them... not dialene itself. What you don't realize is to get a controlled study done with any significant amount of people it takes at least 50 grand... and up to 100k. It is exceedingly expensive
