Lately I've been getting headaches for about a half an hour after my intense workouts. I noticed that its a little worse when I do lower body. I'm supplementing and eating properly prior to my workouts so its not that my body is deprived of nutrients............any suggestions?

How much caffeine are you ingesting? You maybe taking too much if you're using alot of different supplements

Do more cardio, get ur blood pressure down. Cardio makes u more resistant to stress, which lowers ur blood pressure. Helped me.

I will go and get my blood pressure checked out but I'm doing low intensity cardio right now becasue I'm cutting. I keep track of my food intake and my sodium levels are not out of the ordinary, or at least not by the U.S.'s definition. I do take SuperPump250 before my workout and I believe that has caffeine in it........I will try lowering the dosage of that before my workout and see what happens. Thanks
