Does anyone know if THC or smoking it has any effect of bodybuilding? I know i saw arnold with a joint at the end of pumping iron after he won Mr. O.

I started a thread about 6-7 months ago "ever tried weed" and got lots of responces. Its in the miscelanious forum. To sum it all up, its not gonna help you grow...at all.
