i was wondering about this ckd i read on bb.com very popular and got me to think that i might be carb sensitive kinda guy.
im 3 weeks out now and everything is good. im doing max-ot cuz i like so much and i got to think if i keep gettin better numbers each session,how big will the numbers be in say 10 yrs,20yrs but im just gonna stick to that

ckd any good?

btw: im so lucky that i can compete in teen class instead of men´s

well this is your first show, and it's always a learning experience, but next time i would start dieting earlier. Don't feel bad though, it's always much more difficult than people think. I would also get someone to work with you on your posing. I would cut carbs down & fat down by about 30% for the next 2 weeks then bring them back up slowly for the final week.
