hey my name is cole i have never posted before so this is my first time . my question is what was your diet looking like 4 weeks out to your last comp when you turned pro or i should say when you had the ripped glutes. i am 7 weeks away from comp and weigh currently 213-214?? i weigh my self monday. i am doin the nga mountain states and hopefully want to turn pro. so i was thinking of cutting my carbs in about a week down to about 160-170 and up my protien a little bit so i will be low carbin it around 160-170 for like 6 weeks. do you think that is ok or what you think? just want to get some insight man and diff. oppinions ya know... and what do you do to carb up and water deplet and that whole ordeal??? i am really greatfull if you could help me out man i would appreciate it tons.
thanks tons man
Cole

Are you currently working with a trainer or dietitian? Who have you had do your last competitions?

I will leave this up to one of the pro's because I would not want to be the one to mess up your contest :)

Good luck man!

You should probably post pictures doing bodybuilding poses so Layne can judge where you are at right now as he asked.

If you don't have a digital camera I'm sure one of your friends do, this is 2007 not 1997 they aren't hard to come by.
