Heavy Leg Work Increases Growth Hormone?

I've read that doing HEAVY leg work will increase Growth Hormone.

Makes sense to me, and I've put legs at the beginning of the week to try and test the theory. I'm currently on week 2 of this, and so far I've seen some posative changes in growth, and not only in legs, but shoulders, traps and chest.

Thoughts?

i dont think it matters when in the week u put it, if u just dont have more than 1 off day right after. u can have less of course...

As per legs increasing your GH, yep, i've noticed a large increase in overall body strength when i started hitting my legs hard.
