trying to get more cut from being "big"

im currently 5'9 and 185ish, im noticeably big, but im trying to get more cut.. is it good to do more reps with less weight and stray away from the power lifts? and is drinking milk a bad thing if im trying to get more ripped?

Some poeple drink milk during a cut others don't. I drink it off season and contest.

Keep lifting heavy....thats the way you tell your body that he needs to keep the muscle mass. Also increase the intensity in the gym (supersets, reduce time between sets, extended sets etc) also need to do some form of cardio to burn more calories and speed up the fat burning process.

I think he mentioned reps in response to the question that asked if he should be raising the amount of reps and lowering the weight he is using.
