Hello guys...........3 weeks out!!
I am almost there.... every week i am working extra hard to make it possible...hitting the weight room and cardio very hard.....on saturday i was so tired after the whole week working and training that if i had seated in bed i could have fallen sleep...but instead i went to the gym and did high intensity intervals for 17 min and some ab-work.

As layne say.....you want it or not!!!
By the way did you guys remember that i was worried about loosing weight to fast because i had lost 4.5 lbs in 9 days with my cardio protocol but Layne advised me not to change anything........Well he was right.....i lost just under a pound last week......i am 189.6 lbs today (190.5 last week)
On the other hand i will increase my cardio from 40 to 45 minute sessions this week......
Finally i pick up this song for the show ( individual routine) i really like it.....but tell me what you guys think about it
