Hello guys.....just some thoughts

You are skinny!!!!....the wind will blow you away if you keep loosing weight!!! Man you are thin!!! Or you looked better before !!! These are some of the comments that I have to listen everyday at work on the street at the gym.......i have told everybody that I am dieting hard and they still sing the same song to me everyday!!!! Its like if I had a paper posted on my back saying “Hey don’t forget to call me skinny today” ..........This is really a tough sport......you have to kill your self in the gym, eat 7 times per day the same thing for a few months, be hungry and tired all the time and on top of that listen to the people and their negative comments about your self.......

I want to congratulate all the bodybuilders like Layne and the other naturals that put themselves into this.....i believe that we are different we like test ourselves to the max because we are not like all the lazy bastards that go party every weekend, eat junk and watch tv all day............my message is don’t let anybody to discourage your self ....they are just trying to make excuses for not be able to do the things you do....So keep going and working hard because one day you will achieve your goals no matter what they are!!

Peace

Well you know your body ahs changed, not so much padding to fill out your shirts. If it bothers you enough to affect your workouts, you can always get some shirts that fit you better now. Get some tees that show the guns a little better, people won't think your so skinny with and big veiny arm by your side.

Or you can just say f@#$ em and move on, but I know it can get to your head a little.

Come contest time those same people will be in awe and will be asking how you got in that kind of shape. "You look huge!" "Man.. you are sooo ripped." "I wanna look like that" In the back of your mind you're thinking and your the dumbass that kept telling me I look small....

the emotional and mental aspects of contest prep are FAR more difficult and trying than the physical

Yes the head plays games. I hate those days when you are weak and feeling flat at the same time - damn what a mind F!

Right now I'm feeling the effects of low carb and HIIT, time to consume some extra carbs/cals to get some mental hype going.
