Well michael i am weighting about 178 after 2 weeks of bulking! my carbs are up to 260 now and i think i will be adding 10 more gr this week! my body is handling the extra carbs very well! hopefully in a couple of months i will be eating +300 gr of carbs and still very lean! Concerning to my weight i am not in a rush to get to 200 or something like that. My goal this time is experiment with my metabolism and try to make my body run like a race car adding cals slowly.

Damn - 2 lbs in 2 weeks? You must still be one lean mofo! LOL - You are right to call this a metabolic experiment! With the weight you lift i would think that every calorie you consume goes to building muscle. Hmmm - Racing car...like a Ferrarri?

He's the new breed of body builder....hmmm I'm not sure he's even human any more - he may be some alien life form put here on earth to teach us some self discipline - or maybe just make guys like me jealous.... hahahahaha

Just kidding, Francisco - Just so you don't feel bad for me - i could live up to 2 weeks with out food, just off of my body fat - so i we both got stranded, for example in Antartica - I would survive and then eat you! LOL Moral of the story - don't plan any vacations in Antarctica!

It is a little hard for me to recommend you what to do because I don’t know your physique! But I will try to do my best. If you want to get leaner you need to diet slowly. I always try to lose no more than 2 lbs per week…that way you will keep most of your muscle mass. Also it is essential to keep your proteins high (around 1.2-1.5g per lb) and your fats around 20% of your total calories. Also you need to keep prots and fats the same during the diet and only manipulate your carbs. Cutting between 5-10g of carbs per week will do the trick.
Hope this helps….
