Hello guys!

I won my Class!!!!! ....i was very happy but i finish really exhausted....i didn't know that this was so hard!!!....its been a very long, long day!!! just check my face in the last picture i was really tired and drained my lips were dry and the temperature was really high.....i was sweating like crazy!!! but all the effort payed off..........it was a big surprise that Mr. nobody came from nowhere to take first place in the 85 kg class!! LOL...and i am 100% natural.

My Brother took a few pictures with his camera...the quality is not very good but i am posting them so you guys can check at least something before my photographer give me the good ones next week!!!

Finally i want to thanks Layne...thanks bro without your help and your incredible knowledge this wouldn't be possible..

Also thanks to all my Friends here in BBDungeon for your support...thanks thefreak, BLJ,kenney, elie and the others that calm me down when i was feeling down and frustrated!!! Big thanks

Francisco. I thought you did outstanding for your first contest and I am very happy you won your class, since I'm not competing for a few years I always like to live vicariously through my clients & friends. Your symmetry is very very very outstanding and sky is the limit for you. Just don't get content, next time you are going to be after an overall title, you'll need to be even bigger and more shredded, but I'm sure with your work ethic you can do it.

I appreciate your praise but I can assure everyone here I did very little. When you have hard workers who are willing to implement your strategies it makes your job as a prep coach exceedingly easy.

How did the final week stuff workout? Did you tighten up and fill out like we hoped?

Layne thank you very much for your words....i am always looking up to you as an example of excellence!! you are a role model to me...and it was an honor to work with you in the preparation...i learned a lot from you and next time we...and i say we (because i want you on my side again) will get the overall!!! i am not satisfied with my condition and i will get extra hard to come back bigger, harder and dryer....i let my self get too big during the offseason and i payed the price...but i am learning from my mistakes....
