I have some questions about your calorie intakes. Since you are not competing at this time, are you bulking, or maintaing?? And how many calories on average to you take in on a bulk compared to cutting down the final weeks before a comp? And would you recommend high volume or low volume training for bulking? or a mix of both?
well i am overall bulking; but I do this by increasing calories for 4 weeks, then decreasing for 2 weeks; overall i gain around 2 net lbs every 6-12 weeks
during bulking is around 3500 kcals; cutting it is around 2250-2500 kcals
