when selcting dairy and cottage cheese should we go for the fat free skim option...or the whole fat...i know the whole fat is going to have a lower carb count, but higher saturated count.......

but if im taking cottage cheese before sleep the fat is only going to help slow down the digestion?..thoughts?

shouldnt the reason why it has a lower carb count because theres more fat taking up that space where carbs could be?

Fat free or low fat. Personally I would go fat free. Definitely not whole or 2%.
