I have under active thyroid too..ur dad should go to a Dr and get the proper med..

then there is something else going on. Even if you take thyroid medication to fix that, it is not a magic bullet, if he is still overeating, he won't lose weight, period

he's not overeating...he's stopped drinking coffee lol and thats a big sacrifice for him.he goes to the gym three times a week.ive been sort of watching him and dont see many faults

I've taking hardcore...didnt really think it did to much ya know, besides make my hand shake. I'm taking hot rox 5xtreme and i started a new way of training circuit training, similar to how MMA fighters weightlift, i feel that the product works and i can feel a pull on my stomach area its weird. but im burning fat so its all good.
