I have received some comments about a post that I made reguarding exericses that can be done to improve my upper pecs. One post said that there is nothing you can do and the shape of your pecs are the way they are and nothing can be done becasue its all genetics. Any truth to what I thought was a ridiculous post? In general, do most people feel that genetics plays a large part in your ability to lift and gain muscle or is it all supplementation and hard work?

how people reply to that will be a matter of opinion and will probably cause alot of argument.i believe genetics are an advantage but i also believe hard work and having the right mentality dominate genetic ability...im ready for any abusive or insulting replies to my comment!!!

shape of the muscle is genetic, but that doesn't mean you can't add size to your chest

Nothing replaces hardwork. Course some people just don't have to work as hard.

as Layne said, you may have funny shaped pecs but you can still have huge pecs

Nothing wrong with the shape of my pecs but just the tops of them could be much larger. I got some great tips from an article posted by layne. Thanks for all the help.
