Are the supplements that I'm taking right now the right ones and am I missing any important ones? I'm 5'10" 175lbs. 200g of Protein a day, a general vitamin, CE2 (ester creatine), and NO2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

CEE is overpriced and no better than monohydrate

I would also recommend some type of oil, fish oil or flax seed for the Omega-3. And yes CEE is over priced and does not do any better than the CMH. Eat more protein and alot of carbs! Watch your body fat also, and don't forget to consume fats, alot of energy can be derived from fats.

i get my CEE from myprotein.co.uk and it's dirt cheap. i don't get anything from CEE or mono. Take mutli vits and muti mins, fish oil, VitC and creatine (which one depends on what you want to take, but if u get mono, make sure it's micronised)
take 30g whey before and after workouts, as well as simple carbs.

gotta agree with fast-twitch, get the basics covered and make sure u eat enough real food
