Right now I am supplementing;

- Protein (powder and bars)
- Celedrin

Plan to start;
- Creatine
- Anagen from Scivation.

Have you experience with Anagen? Too late anyway - just bought it, thought I'd try it after reading some good reviews. I do take EFA's but no BCAA supplement.

Multi vitamin-mineral, fish oil(just started), creatin mono, extra vit. C, Milk Thistle(I like my beer), Whey protein when I'm pressed for time but I'd rather have real food, Thats it. I tried Size-On but the splenda killed my gut. Tastes like shit too.

Anagen is bascially powder in a capsule. a placebo. i went through three bottles, nothing. Some say it's best to take in times of dieting, who knows. If I had it for free to take, I would, but I wouldn't waste my money

Each of the above work for me but may not work for everyone as we all respond differently. I've also been taking NO Shotgun prior to my workout but the effect is gradually wearing off the further I get through the product. It was good for the first few weeks but diminishing returns after that. I probably won't get anymore once I've used this lot up.

I think the problem with Anagen is the source of the Ecdy. Correct me if im wrong, but all or most of the studies on ecdy and anabolism have been using the purest form of ecdy, Rhaponticum carthamoides extracts. anagen uses Cyanotis Vaga. Perhaps this is the issue. Although people have gained off Anagen, the reviews favour Rhaponticum extract products like E-BOL.

Just a quick question here. I take a multi every morning (Centrum A-Z, nothing special) and there is already vitamin C in this. Am I not getting enough vitamin C since I see others on here are taking a multi and a vitamin C pill? This could explain why I have been sick with a cold for what seems like 2 months now?
