Honestly, I don't know about you but I try to have my pre workout meal atleast an hour or so before my workout and I usually limit it to tuna and some WW bread and a protein shake or else I don't feel so great when giving it my all at the gym. I went through one jug of
NO explode actually already and you are supposed to take it on a light to empty stomache anyways if I remember correctly and I would take it about 10-20mins before my workout and I would feel the slight pump just fine doing it that way. Maybe try that.
