I just started taking bsn explode and it says for maximum results take 40mins before workout, once i have taken this 40 mins before workout would it be ok for me to eat a big meal lots of carbs and protein just before i start working out, like 20 minutes before, or would i just have bsn explode and nothing afterwards??/

i know that layne but how do i go about doing this food after supplements but before workout?

Honestly, I don't know about you but I try to have my pre workout meal atleast an hour or so before my workout and I usually limit it to tuna and some WW bread and a protein shake or else I don't feel so great when giving it my all at the gym. I went through one jug of NO explode actually already and you are supposed to take it on a light to empty stomache anyways if I remember correctly and I would take it about 10-20mins before my workout and I would feel the slight pump just fine doing it that way. Maybe try that.

what i'm saying is if you ever have to pick between having an empty stomach for a 'supplement' or eating... the choice is simple... food is far more important.

now in this case BSN are idiots and dont' really understand how NO works... it works better with food as insulin will enhance the effectiveness of NO.

i think they want you to take it on an empty stomach so that the caffine and other things will absorb into you more so you feel it better. i dont know why for sure though.

But food also slows down the absorption rate of the caffeine and NO. Plus, saturated fats and high levels of glutamine have been shown to diminish the effects of NO. If anything, I would eat a pre-work out meal an hour before training, and no-explode 20 mins before. Thats what I did when I was on it and it worked fine. But layne is right with food, if your only gonna do one or the other, better take the solid food.

Be careful, I was taking BSN NO Explode and it started to give me heart palpatations, so I quit taking it.

a friend of mine once took no-explode and a t5 before training. he would never do it again and binned his t5s as he was shaking like a shitting dog! (but that may have just been the t5 ((similar to wiz) the naughty boy!

are you kidding? you cant eat a big meal befor u work out...you eat it afterward...but..you knew that right/:pwned:

:pwned: I ix my noxplode with apple juice...lol it also has royal jelly and vitamin b in it...

I just finished the recommended 12 week use of NO-Xplode, and i always ate a meal about an hour and half before taking it. I would take it 10-15 minutes before lifting. Worked good for me.
