I've read a few places (along w/ layne saying it here) that high doses of BCAAs (30g is what I've seen a few places) are good at many things, one being increasing strength and getting an overall better workout.
I have yet to take BCAAs other then the small amounts in
ON Whey Protein. I was just curious, I have ordered some, so would it be best to split the 30g up into 3 different times. PWO, During WO, and Post WO? 10g each?
