My competition is coming up next Sat Oct14, and things are goin pretty good. The problem is my knees are killing me- im mean they are buckling and constantly sore. This causes a serious problem because i am in the Army and i have to do PT which is usually 2-3miles 3times a week- plus the cardio for the comp. Any suggestions on techniques to relieve the soreness and pain? Thanks.

You only have one pair of knees.

My knees started killing me about 2 years ago and nothing I've found so far has helped. Cissus made the most improvement but they still hurt. Try low intensity cardio, walking incline on a treadmill. I'd be weary of trying new supplements 2 weeks before a show.

Explain buckleing...

What are you currently running/taking - what exercises cause the most pain - where do your knees actually hurt - explain when they hurt (all the time - in the morning - only after a good leg day etc)...
