I really appreciate the advice I've been getting here - you have all been a big help. I'm taking my weight every morning and I'm going to take muscle measurements and skinfold measurements weekly.
I just bought the Accufitness Accu-Measure 3000 calipers. They look alright, I wish they were a little more precise, but this is definitely better than nothing. I took a look at the instructions at their website. Here is what they give for instructions:

And here is a chart:

How does this info look?
I think it would be much better to take measurements at more sites on the body. I've seen the 3 point and 7 point tests and they seem good.
Does anybody know a good website to refer to for this?
I'm thinking the sites I can easily measure myself are chest, abdominal, suprailiac, and thigh.
Also, what is the equation to calculate bodyfat, once I have my weight and skinfold measurements?
Thanks. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to track my progress. I'm going to start bulking soon, and I definitely need to keep by bodyfat under control.
