whats up dudes. any and all criticism welcomed.
Bodyweight: 173
Bodyfat: 11%
LBM: 153.5
Maintenance: 3100 cal
Bulking: 3600 cal
Macros: 450C, 270P, 80F (50/30/20)

MEAL 1, 10am: 90/45/13
Oats, yogurt, egg whites

MEAL 2, 12:30pm: 90/45/13
Sweet potato, tuna sandwich, all natural peanut butter

MEAL 3, 3pm: 90/45/13
Chicken breast, brown rice, almonds, green beans

MEAL 4, 6pm: 90/45/13
Lean beef/turkey, brown rice, broccoli, anpb

MEAL 5, 9pm: 60/45/13
Whey protein, oats, anpb, green beans

MEAL 6, 11pm: 25/45/13
Nonfat Cottage Cheese, anpb

Post workout will replace meal: 90/45
Whey, maltodextrin, oats
