I dont know if im the only one, but egg whites in the morning, every morning, gets to be very tasteless and annoying even! Doesnt help that i suck at making them. I am all natural so i am, like most of you, 100% dependent on my diet. How do you make ur eggs in the morning? I usually put some honey on em, rarely i put cheese cause i cant seem to make it well. I need to spice things up abit, gimme some of ur recipes plz!

you could always chop up some seasoned chicken breast, add a few mushrooms/peppers and scramle the lot up with some seasoning/herbs.

I was just where you are, try them with ketchup. trust me, if you like scrambled eggs and ketchup, egg whites and ketchup taste exactly like them.

Try boiling them and dicing them up into VERY small pieces - then throw in some brown rice with peppers and spices - a nice little stir fry changes things up nicely...

You can also do the old pancake swap but it changes the carb/protein/fat ratio a bit - either way - I really like what I used now - 1.5 cups of oats, 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese and 6 egg whites - blend it all up in a blender making a nice pancake batter and throw it in a pan (for this amount/size it takes me about 10 minutes per side to get a nice texture to them over medium/low heat)....

Also, check out the oriental section of the grocery store and try to find a sweet pepper sauce (the brand I like has a yellow and red label and is named something Asia) - throw it in the eggs and stiry - it actually comes out pretty well....

You can also go for a "fruitata" - essentially a baked omelete/keesh....

mix them with your oats and have them as pancakes, throw some cinnamon in the mix and add some sugar free syrup, i eat this every morning and never tire of it

In the blender with oats and whey. Slam it as a shake. I like to add some eggs to skim milk with vanilla and splenda. I like raw eggs though and am not afraid of the risk of salmonella. I have never known anyone to get sick from them but I do know people that have gotten sick from raw greens. That's why nobody serves sprouts on subs anymore.

egg whites and a splash of egg-beaters omolette flavoured whites , that way its all protein, some flavor, and only 3 minutes in the microwave, no prep.
