ok mono i will take your advice. Just stir powder in water?


Just wondering why you say mono though? I thought the ehtel ester was meant to be stronger/better.


I am glad you say mono because it is the cheaper option :)

I use both types on and off (sometimes 1 month on mono then the next on ester) although i prefer the efffects of the creatine ester capsule type over mono,

i get much better results, little or no water retention and you dont have to mess about loading up. plus you dont need as much as it is more effective.

on the other hand mono is the cheaper option if price is an issue.

Yeah that helps a lot

I will try and get one if the types shopping tommorow.

The price and servings per product will direct me which to buy.

is BSN make an ethly seter in powder form? I think its called cell mass, but do i have to take it on an empty cuz this is hard for me to do.

CEE has little documented evidence of its effectiveness, and more importantly, its safety.
Monohydrate has ALOT.
There have been alot reports of people finding themselves with elevated blood creatinine levels when using CEE (which is a very bad thing) as opposed to mono.

The dosage of Monohydrate @ 5g is hardly "large" to warrant the "you need less CEE than mono" thing. The monohydrate bloat goes with time as well as long as you don't come off monohydrate and then on again.

Monohydrate does not have to be loaded either.
