I remember reading you saying that health and family come first and becuase of this you wouldn't resort to roids. That's great and I fully agree.
When i was a bit younger I said to myself i wouldnt care what it takes I would get huuuge. But now I realise their is more to life.
and remaining natural and just competing naturally is much more stress free...I could never stick a needle in me anyway as I am a coward in this respect.
I hope you do well in the future Layne. All the best.
Is that you wiping a tear from your eye in the one pic:)? I love it. There is a pic from me this year as the realization I was first, because the bottom 4 places were called and none were me. My eyes are closed and you can just see it on my face!
The pictures are so wonderful and they make the accomplishment real to the competitor; who can't see him/herself on stage.
You did fantastic and have the most incredibly bright future! Can't wait to see what you do next.
Congrats bro, you reallllyyyy look alot more developed and symmetrical than the other competitors! Thats really cool man, ur living the dream, never give up! Your an inspiration :)
Whats a realistic weight to compete natural? I am 100kg at 5'7 at the moment and will probably be between 80kg and 90kg with good bf% would that be competitive enough to step on a natural stage.
it varies from person to person... depends on a multitude of factores... not as simple as height & weight. I've seeen people who are 5'10 weight 230 & look like they are 190 & i've seen my buddy skip who is 5'10 & 165 onstage look not a pound under 200.
