I have 'Pro Tan' and 'muscle Juice'.

If the contest is on Sunday when should i apply the tan? Am I allowed to shower after application?

Also, where exactly shall i put the oil on?


Never done this before and have nobody in the real world to help me, so thanks for any help.

you need to be applying pro tan everyday starting 4-5 days before the show. (which is in my article i keep citing)

I would also get dream tan... pro tan simply doesn't get you dark enough

I only have 1 bottle (8.5fl.oz) Is it enough for 3/4 total body applications?

with the muscle juice how do I apply and where and how much?

Also to add that sunbedding is expensive.


Update got my first layer of protan on and incredible how different I look with just the one coat (considering how pale i was before application)

Will apply 3/4 more coats and should be done :)

I'd stay clear of tanning beds. My wifes best friend uses them. She is only 25 and she already had three spots on her lower back that she had to get removed because they were cancerous.
