Not sure if this has been asked before, but for the past few cycles of training I usually do 3 days on 1 off then repeat.

Last off day I just started it back up again to change it up a bit, and I was curious if it would hurt recovery if I did it again. I dont feel like I'm over training but it never hurts to know for sure. I get a solid 8-10hrs of sleep a night. Thanks!

Yes me too!

I am extremely lucky to get a good 7 hours sleep at night. Usually suffice with 6, but it's enough.

I have found more people to suffer from under eating than over training

How true, or training with no effort I train 5 days a week and take 2 days off at 30- 45 min per session, but all out (as in my DB curls tax me as much as squats)and I'm not over trained so I think ur ok.
