I weigh 120 lbs today. with pretty low bodyfat. My contest date is on the 10th September, next Sunday.
I have been reading Layne's pre contest article and worked out and planned the following guide:

Ectomorphs: 1.25-1.5 g/lb bodyweight. =
170 carbs / 2000mg salt Tuesday
Ectomorphs: 1.12-1.37 g/lb bodyweight. =
150carbs. / 2000 mg salt Wednesday
Ectomorphs: 0.99-1.24 g/lb bodyweight. =
130 carbs. / 2000 mg salt Thursday
Ectomorphs: 0.86-1.11 g/lb bodyweight. =
110 carbs. / 1000mg salt Friday
Ectomorphs: 0.73-0.98 g/lb bodyweight. =
90 carbs. / 1000mg salt Saturday
30 g carbs at breakfast, then 0 g carbohydrates until 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., ingest 40 g of carbohydrates every 2 hours until bed.***
*** Those with extremely fast metabolisms should begin carbohydrate loading upon arising Friday morning = 170 carbs? / 1000mg salt Rice and bananas only! maybe take 1-3 99mg potassium tabs also? Sunday (show day)
Two hours before pre-judging ingest a high carb/fat/sodium meal containing approximately
75-90 g of carbs, 20-30 g fat, and 1000-2000 mg sodium. (very important!!!)
About 30 minutes prior to stepping onstage you should begin sipping a small sugar drink
(Dextrose in water?). This will continue to hydrate the body and also will ensure that you have plenty of energy for the intense posing you will soon perform. After pre-judging, continue eating 30-60 g of carbs every 2 hours until the night show. After the night show have fun at the post contest pig-out!
