I played sports in high school like football and wrestling but i have to say this in my opinion is definitely harder. This is physical and mental sport. I am doing my first competition in Oct and ive been def training hard wit my partna but the hardest part for me is the diet cus i love the training. I get in like a crazy state after awhile cus all i think about usually is food. Im talkin bout like pizza, breadsticks, desserts and junk like that. So i want to say big ups to everybody that does this sport because it is a 24hour sport fo sho, and i def love it!

no, I don't do shows every year, i take several years off to gain more muscle & improve, & i don't typically diet that long but there were outside circumstances that required that long of a diet

Oh, and I am a professional
