Just find motivation and you'll be good, I'm sure you lost some of it, and that is causing you to semi doubt yourself and in effect feel tired.

Of course I am speculating. Try to find some tunes that REALLY get you pumped or anything that gets you motivated.

I know what u mean Mygeeto. I also have this crazy tiredness and i think i know why. It simply has to do with ur sleep cycle and ur carb intake. I used to wake up whenever i wanted, thus i always overslept, but always on different times. I find that sleeping always a steady 8 hours, no more no less will keep u energized. Your body gets used to outputting the extra energy when u go work out always at the same time. Getting up after only 8 hours of sleep sucks, but once ur up, ull feel alot better than if u slept 10. About the carbs, i used to eat only high protein, low everything else, thus i was suppperrr tired after work out. Carbs=energy, im sure u know this. Now, i bring a gatoraid with my to work out, i sleep 8 hours, and try to keep a good routine. Its hard as hell, but its work. Hope this helps u abit.

Mygeeto there could be a number of reasons why your feeling tired and out of energy. Your either not eating to proper amount of carbs, your not staying active during the day which slows down the blood flow in your body causing you to feel tired, or your overtraining. If you feel mentally tired and you don't even want to work out and your losing strength then your overtraining and you need to rest.

sounds like you need to see a doctor. especially with the seizure and tiredness.
but carb intake could be a culprit or low water?

Well dude.. this kid on my road would have similar sorta panic attacks to you he's healthy though,

but the question is, the attack you had on friday was it the first one ever or have you been having them for quite some time now
