I dont want to stir the pot, but I find it hard to belive doing 20 rep squats will add 15 lbs of solid muscle in 6 weeks...

just my opinion.

I remember doing a routine similar to that. I'm not certain of weight gains or muscle, but I can say for certain that my strength went through the roof. In the end though it got a little boring to be in and out of the gym so quickly.
