Layne im not sure how old that interview is that you did on bodybuilding.com, but it was very informative and i recommend everyone on this board to listen to it. It's so true what you said about not depending on supplements hence the name "supplement" as all they are is an aid to an already sound nutrition and training program. Just like you said i always get people coming up to me and asking me about what supps i take, and the first thing i tell them is good nutrition is far more important and supplements are secondary...they look at me like im from Mars...but its very true....and i would have to agree that BCAA's are definitly in the top 3 when it comes to most important supplements, i would say that Scivation
Xtend is probably the best supplement i have ever taken. What i tell people is to make sure their nutrition is on point, stay consistent with their training, and keep it basic with their supplementation.
