the way natural competitors go about the final prep week is very different then how an IFBB pro would go about it...... i will soon find out since my first show is 5 weeks out now and i have Dr. Joe as my nutritionist and he is the best in the business.

Each persons body is totally different and people do a lot of different things during that last week. You have to find what works for you

I personally carb deplete and load

i did this the last time i competed and found it produced great results

too high = spill over & bloated


too low = flat

better to be flat & shredded than full & spilled over
