i made myself a meal today and figured it was a high protein meal,but very low in carbs,this was it:::
a tin of tuna,oven baked ham,oven roast turkey breast(slices),grilled bacon and fried eggs(got to consume some fat lol) i'd like to know what you lot think of it.

probably about less than 4g carbs, 60g protein, and around 15-25g fat

it's not about one particular meal bro, it's about your protein/carb/fat breakdown per day

i think what layne is getting at is how your daily intake of fat protein and carbs is distributed across you 5-7 or however many meals you take in each day.... the timing and size of these depending of wjat you are doing will be key to your progress.

if you can daily figures in grams for each of these food groups even better as you will have definate reference points which you can alter depending on your goals and progress.
