Hi, is it OK to do weight training just for a good pump during the last 3 - 4 days of carb loading or will that blur everything out? Please enlighten me, I have carb depleted and have my best definition yet, I'm 6 days out from when I want to peak. In another 3 days I will cut sodium while carb loading starts. Last cardio will be 30 minutes tomorrow and my regular weight training, shoulders and traps. When cardio is cut out, what to do with my weight training that last 5 days??
I'm a complete newbie at this, first time I'm seriously trying to peak. Any help would be apprieciated. |
