better be safe than sorry.

Always boil or cook your eggs in my opinion.

Usng fatday, I looked up this for you;

Medium sized Boiled egg = 68 cals. 5 fat. 0 carbs. 6 Protein.

Medium sized RAW egg = 66 cals. 4 fat 1 carbs. 5 Protein.

So more protein boiled anyway :)

it's not ahuge risk but it is a risk... what is more clear though is that uncooked egg protein is much less digestable then cooked eggs.

cook your eggs

Dont worry about the protein supplements, not to say they arent beneficial but

1) overall calories are more important for positive nitrogen balance

2) with weight lifting, nitrogen balance will increase anyways.

the fake tan will cover the tattoo up quite a lot actually.

Just don't go mad with the tattoing - I mean if you got one big one all over your front wouldn't be good.

Get a part time job and next summer work 40hrs/wk. I wouldn't buy any protein powder I would just focus on food.

imo.. wait till your older to get a tat. your body is still changing and it can stretch your tattoo. if that isnt enough, i'm not using this against you, but you are still young, this will be on you for the rest of your life, so if you do get one, make sure you'll like it 10-20-50 years down the line.
