I know that fiber is really important. I was just wondering why many people make it a point to take in such a great deal of fiber in the morning as a part of their first meal. Is there a reason why a high fiber breakfast is really important? In other words, why so much fiber in the morning? I know most people take in fiber throughout the day, but usually breakfast has the most fiber...

I don't know if I eat a larger amount of fiber in the morning as opposed to my other meals, I would say they are generally similar in the amount.

High fiber diets have many advantages. Some of which include better digestion, better carbs, and also it makes you feel full longer. Those are just a few of the benefits of a high fiber diet if you search up I'm sure you could find more which are eluding me at the moment.

Also I don't think you need to eat a larger amount of fiber in the morning if your overall intake with the rest of your meals yeilds a net amount which is adequate.
