Got my Contest in 5 weeks now so gotta get more serious. My diet is a serious problem - still eating cakes and biscuits and pizza etc. But i am skinny and it's a natural contest. 5'4" , 125-128lbs(56kg) with around 7-9% fat at the moment.

Will concentrate on losing a little more weight when i get closer to the show, so maybe start cardio 3 weeks out.

I have never dieted in my life so have little knowledge about losing weight even though I am skinny.

I understand that I will have to jog in the early mornings before breakfast only consuming water. Correct? and how often?

For the contest diet 1 week out I will try to follow this plan:

I would get serious. You don't want to look back on it with any regrets. Good luck.

5 weeks out & you aren't dieting

i don't care how lean you are... you need to be in a caloric deficit right now

do you have striated glutes? No? then you need to be dieting.
