Layne im preping for my first show and i was wondering what bodyfat level do most naturals get down to? I would assume that the really conditioned athletes get down to 3-4 % right.

well if you ask me, the majority of people don't get lean enough. when they hit the 5-6% range a lot of things happen. your appetite starts getting nuts. You start losing strength. You feel constantly tired. A workout feels like it takes 4 hours. Most people back off when they get to that level. If you want to be shredded you have to find a way to push through it. Now if you want to see what the gold standard of 'shredded' is look at these pics of kurt weidner who placed 2nd at the WNBF Pro US Cup last weekend. Quite possibly the leanest &I grainiest i've seen any wnbf pro get.

Ridiculous! Just about any medical profession would tell you that getting down to that level of body fat is very unhealthy, not even mentioning whats done to get to that level. But then, we are driven to compete. When you get older (i'm 44), you get a bit wiser and understand that if you can somehow keep going to the gym regularly(I go 5 times a week) and keep the BF% somewhere around 15%, your're doing better than most of the population out there.
