Is there any kind of oat bran or bran cereal that doesn't have sugar added to it? I'm looking for a change from oatmeal every morning, and I was thinking of having bran. The only problem is that when I went to the supermarket to check it out it looked like all the bran cereals had sugar and high fructose corn syrup as well as many other ingredients added in.

The Bran cereal I get is Kelloggs All-Bran Bran Buds (High Fiber food made with Psyllium). You can find it at your local grocery store and it does have a small amount of HFCS in it. 24g of carbs 13g of fiber 8g of natural sugar and 3g of other carbs. If you read the ingredients on it the 1st and main one is Wheat Bran so it is a good cereal.

I've been eating it for a while now and while it is not sweet it does have a pretty good flavor to it (or atleast to me it does but I havent eaten anything sweet in ages).

Even with the small amount of HFCS in it I still think it is a good product, I've read that 1st ingredient is what the product is mostly comprised of and that for this is wheat bran so I think the sugar in it is a small evil that I overlook.

that's pretty good, the small amount of hfcs in it is a nonfactor when considering how much fiber is in there

whew I'm glad you said that because I was just assuming the high fiber nullifies the hfcs.. well good to know for sure because its a part of my clean bulk diet.
