Gotya, so just slowly add carbs until weight starts to rise again.
Also for carbs I pretty much stick to mixed nuts (get good fat out of them also), whole wheat bread, wheat pasta, and sometimes brown rice.
That should be sufficent for carbs correct?

Also, What I did before for my full bodies when I thought I got pretty good gaines was 4-5days a week M-F I'd train fullbody workouts every day then take the weekends off.
I want to limit my HIIT cardio days just because I think they take too much weight off too fast.
So what I was thinking is M, T, Th, F I'll train full body, take Wednesday and Saturday off then just put in one day of HIIT on Sunday to keep my cardiovascular endurance/stamina up.
Do you think I could get away w/ more of the HIIT? Similar to what I do now w/ Train, HIIT, Train, HIIT, etc?
