if this should be in the nutrition section then feel free to move it.....
i put it hear b/c i want intelligent answers that have research behind them not what i read in flex last week or some guy at the gym told me..
there has been much debate about pre-workout, during workout, and post workout nutrition i would like to know your take on it Layne what you do and what you think is important...

I think all of them are important. What you do really depends upon your weight, your goals, and your overall pro/carb/fat intake for the day?

I think that a good protein supplement is important virtually all the BNBF Pros use Pro peptide as it has the best raw materials of any protein on the market on the market. It also has probiotics to aid digestion which helps the absobtion of protein.
the other thing we swear by is Pro Recover it is a great after training drink combining simple sugars and fast acting whey protein as well as antioxidants

I keep my carbs to a minimum before training using either a pro peptide 40 mins before training then I take the Pro recover immediately after training Rob Hope does the same

no one would disagree that they are all important bw= 215, goals= mass, overall intake (when i can get all my meals) aprx: 400/380/ fat im not sure

well personally i think your protein is on the high side & you could fill in with more carbs... depending upon your age. If you are younger i would definately add in more carbs to take advantage of the anabolic effects of insulin as they become much more diminished as you age. at a CHO intake of 400g I would try to get in 75-100g slow/moderate digestion CHO 1.5-2.5 hours preworkout with a good protein source. During workout I suggest a mixture of BCAA (around 20g) and dextrose (another 20-30g) to delay fatigue and also prevent the catabolic effects of depletion. Post workout I'd go with another 75-100g CHO moderate digesting and another 30-40g PRO, preferably from whey.

thx bro for my size and age=30 what do you recomend p/c/f for a bulking diet my bf is currently 8.9% checked last week

hmm, in that case i'd probably go with something like 300g-350g pro (i still think 400 is too high) 350g cho, & maybe 80-90g fat.
