i do all bodyparts 2x a week and calve 4x a week. i do 4 exercises for a bodypart and use reps 8-15 is that good for a natural guy????

how long have you been lifting? what's your diet like? how do you split the bodyparts up... etc

been training for 5 yrs. my diet is pretty clean in the offseason
day1:back,bicep,calfs
day2:legs
day3:chest,tricep,shoulders
day4:back,bicep calfs
day5:legs
day6:chest,tricep,shoulders,calfs

most of what you have looks good, i'd like to see a bit more diverse rep range, other than that, pretty good
