I wanna try a new split, currently i am doing
Monday- Chest/Calves
Tues- Back/Traps
Wed- OFF
Thursday- Bis/Tris/Shoulders
Friday- OFF
Saturday- Legs
Sunday- OFF


This is a new schedual I am thinking of
(keeping the legs 2x a week in mind thanks to Layne)

Monday- Chest/Tri's
Tuesday- Back/Traps/Bi's
Wed- Legs/Calves
Thursday- OFF
Friday- ARMS/shoulders/Traps
Saturday- Legs/Calves
Sunday- OFF

Sound good? A little modified from the first

Well Im no Layne but I cant see why you are doing arms twice a week when they get plenty of workout with all other upper body exercises, I say do shoulders & traps and drop the arms that day. Just me though!

Well the way I would work the arms are heavy one of the days, and higher reps the other to shock them

nothing wrong with 2x/week training

I'm like you, I dont believe in overtraining, i just believe in not enough recovery

My weakpoints are my shoulders and chest.

Stongpoints, everything else.

I usally hit them twice a week currently, I would do 1 or 2 exercises for shoulders at the end of my Chest workout and 1 or 2 exercises for chest on Leg day
