hey layne big fan of urs and congrats on being a pro and promoting natural bodybuilding...my question is...i see that ur doing back shoulders and biceps on one day...does that mean u train each bodypart twice a week or do u still just train a bodypart once a week? wut do u suggest for those who r natural
i tried the once per week thing for a long time and i grew ok, but my legs still lagged... when i switched to 2x/week it made a HUGE difference... HUGE.
please re-read what i wrote earlier. I made much better gains on 2x/week so no.
i'm actually training legs 3x per week, super high volume... and i'm not encountering overtraining.
overtraining is the boogeyman... hell scientists can't even decide whether or not it exists, yet all these pseudo-scientists who write for random websites just accept it as fact

hmm im trying the 2 times a week for each bodypart and it seems like im getting tired b4 the session or losing motivation...it cud be my mind but idunno
that's the one downside to more frequency... it's tough to get as psyched for each workout... but if you really want it bad enough... you find a way :)
depends on person to person i think. diffrent people respond diffrent ways to diffrent training methods. Laynes legs may recover alot faster and therefore respond better to training legs 2- 3x per week as mine need at least 5-6 full days of rest before i hit them again

how are you judging your recovery? soreness? because that is a terrible indicator of recovery
