This thread was inspired by Ron Harris' thread "the daily pump" over at Musclemayhem.com where Ron posts pics from his daily life and a few pics from most workouts. I'm not going to update this daily but I will update it frequently, I think it might be cool & some of you can see what I do everyday, & how i integrate bodybuilding into my life.

today, woke up & fixed me some high fiber pancakes (10g fiber/pancake) along with some eggs

then went into lab and spent 8 hours grinding gastroc (calf) muscles from the rats in our last series of experiments. I will use these tissues in order to help determine peak & duration responses of protein synthesis in response to varying levels of dietary protein at a breakfast meal.

Grinding is a bitch as everything must be done under liquid nitrogen... all the tools must be kept frozen & the tissues must never be allowed to thaw. In 8 hours I can do about 40-45 tissues if i'm really pushing it.

Older dudes tend to do that. I think it's mostly because after years of working out most people have weakened areas and are scared of hernias etc...Still funny looking though :P

no, it's simply a brace you use to keep your arms in place during curls... arnold used to use it a lot
